How do I know if I have a water leak? If you hear water running with everything turned off or if you see a noticeable increase in your water bill, you may have a leak.

How long should a water heater last? Water heaters are manufactured to last from 5 to 10 years. They may last longer as an exception.

What do I do if my toilet runs constantly? Consider replacing the flapper in the tank. Otherwise, the fill valve may need to adjusted or replaced.

Why does my hot water come out rust colored when I turn on the faucet? This may be a sign that you need a new water heater.

Why do I hear a rattling sound when I turn off the faucet? It is probably due to loose pipes in the wall. Sometimes, installing an aerator will solve the problem.

What causes my bathtub to gurgle when draining? This is generally a sign that there is a blockage in the drain lines under the house or in the yard.

Why are both sides of my sink holding water? The J-Bend under the sink may be plugged up. Otherwise the sewer line is stopped up.

Can I fix my dripping faucet? Yes, there are lots of different make and models. be sure to use factory parts.

Why is my water bill high? Because either one of your toilets are leaking or the hose bib on the side of your house is leaking.

Why should I have my air conditioner and furnace checked each year? By having your air conditioner and furnace checked annually a technician can look for any visual problems that may cause major problems later. They can also perform preventable maintenance to insure the life of your unit.

What causes all the dust in my house? Most of the time it is caused by improper duct installation; this is a problem that can be resolved.

Why is my outside air conditioning fan not moving? If this should occur, immediately shut off the A/C unit at the thermostat and call for service.

Why is there hot and cold spots in my house? This is normally caused by improper sizing of duct work and the placement of the air grills.
